Product Description

  The geocell is a newly high-tensile geosynthetics. It is a kind of geo-product with alveolate and three-dimensional structure which processed the reinforced thermoplastic sheet by the ultrasonic welding machine. Its special three-dimensional structure makes it possible  to be filled with clay, sand, concrete and other loose material, which formed a structure with strong crossrange limit and maximum stiffness, so it can effectively increase the bearing capacity and spread loads of roadbed. It is widely used in the fields of the reinforcing of railway, strengthening roadbed, protect of field bank, building of earth protection wall, as it can effectively prevent collapse and flaw of roadbed and ground caused by soil loss.

Packaging & Shipping

Standard export packaging:

1. Apply anti-rust oil to the equipment easy rusty part and carry out anti-rust treatment.

2. The whole machine was wrapped with stretch film for protection, and the equipment control cabinetand other components are protected against shock with packaging materials like XPS foam board and EPE foam sheet.

3. Reinforce easy-move part of the equipment.

4. Put desiccant before packaging to avoid rusting equipment during sea transportation.

5. Use New Zealand imported bluish pine wood or American Douglas fir wood as the bottom support 12mm multi-layer plywood for side panels, all wood fumigated. We cooperated with experienced andprofessional exported wooden packaging manufacturing enterprises to make final package.

Q1:What's your warranty policy?
A1:The Seller will guarantee the machine for 18 months since the date of shipment(that is leaving from Seller's
factory) or the seller will guarantee the machine for 12 months since the date of starting installation and adjustment,
whichever comes first.
